  46. The current modules 'package' is found at:
  47. ftp://ftp.arm.uk.linux.org/pub/armlinux/distrib/RedHat/RPMS/modules-2.0.0-5a3.arm.rpm   
  48. and this contains binaries for tools such as insmod, rmmod, lsmod and 
  49. depmod.

  51. The kernel modules are found in directory
  52. ftp://ftp.arm.uk.linux.org/pub/armlinux/distrib/kernels/
  53. and are the files named: modules-rpc-199?.??.gz and 
  54. modules-rpc-20071997.gz
  55. These contain the module binaries such as etherh.o, serial.o and 
  56. binfmt_elf.o.

  58. The kernel binaries in this directory are the ones named:
  59. rpc-2.0.??-199?.??.??.gz and a5k-2.0.??-* and ebsa-2.0.31-*

  61. Is this right?

  63. Would anyone find it useful if there was an archive with all the
  64. bits necessary to get dialup net access eg basic kernel, ppp and slip
  65. modules? I know I would have found this useful as I wouldn't have
  66. had to download the kernel source.

  68. I can provide the files and some tips on how to set it up if people
  69. on the list think it is a good idea.
